It is possible to make money online without owning your own website as many of the programs outlined on the Top 25 Opportunities page shows. But suppose you do want to create a website. If you're a tech-head, then this is a simple proposition. If you're not, and you don't know a HTML tag from a luggage tag, then how do you even go about creating a website? Shared hosting is the general way people host their websites.
